Private and shared cards
Texas Hold’em deals two private cards to each player. Five community cards are revealed over the course of the hand. At comparison, use the best five-card hand from the available cards; both, one or neither private card may be used.
Follow the stages
The first action round is preflop. The flop reveals three board cards, followed by the turn and river, one card each. A round can end earlier if only one player remains.
Position and action
Confirm the dealer button, blind structure, action order and betting limits for your format. Learn how the app or host indicates whose turn it is. A stage name alone does not tell you which actions are legal.
